Date

Wandi Bruine de Bruin has just had her paper 'Age differences in reported social networks and well-being' was accepted in Psychology and Aging. The paper suggests that older adults have smaller social networks but that the number of close friends does not change with age. And it is the number of close friends that matter to well-being.

Congratulations to her and the other authors of this paper.
