The Centre for Decision Research (CDR) at Leeds University Business School is proud to host a one-day symposium dedicated to individual differences research in decision-making. The scope of this symposium is Greed, Darker Traits, and Decisions.  Traits such as greed, those comprising the dark triad, and honesty/humility, have been associated with risk-taking, counterproductive work behaviours, and unethical decision-making. These actions subsequently may lead to negative outcomes not only for the individual, but also for those close to them.

The goal of this symposium is to present an opportunity to bring together international researchers who are currently conducting state-of-the-art research across various domains, and using different research methodologies, with the aim of developing greater interactions and collaborations between research teams across the world.
