Astrid Kause has a piece about her research in The Conversation
Astrid Kause, along with co-authors Joel Millward-Hopkins (School of Earth and Environment, Uniersity of Leeds) and Wandi Bruine de Bruin (University of Southern California) has an article on The Conversation about their research on food entitled "Even concerned consumers don’t know which food choices have the lowest climate impact".
In a national UK sample, they found that although most people mentioned one or two dietary changes for reducing the climate impact of their food choices, they rarely mentioned the strategies that experts suggest are most effective.
