Dinos Hadjichristidis & colleagues - the effect of modality on the risk perception of innovations

In this article we found that oral (vs. written) descriptions of the risks and benefits of relatively unfamiliar technologies promote more positive affective evaluations towards the technologies that in turn promote more positive evaluations in terms of overall risks and benefits.
