Gulbanu Kaptan and Joshua Weller - Food safety & hygiene behaviours in domestic and commercial kitchens

Gulbanu Kaptan and Joshua Weller successfully tendered for a Basis Research project with the Food Standards Agency (FSA) to conduct an extensive behavioural assessment of food safety & hygiene behaviours in domestic and commercial kitchens.  They recently completed a literature review (with Rajinder Bhandal) for this project that details food safety/hygiene behaviours both pre- and during the COVID-19 pandemic.
