Gulbanu Kaptan is among the 10 LUBS Award Holders who received Challenge Funding

Gulbanu Kaptan has been successful in receiving financial support from the Challenge Fund - an annual scheme of LUBS Research Office offering seed funding up to a maximum of £50,000 to support the preparation of significant grant applications. The 6-month project that will be led by Gulbanu is a cross-disciplinary research collaboration involving academics from the Business School and School of Earth and Environment aiming to unpack affective and subconscious influences on food waste which is a significant global challenge and a large problem for retailers.
