Gulbanu Kaptan discussed creating social movement for sustainable food choices at Food Matters Live 2021 with a brilliant group of practitioner and academic experts:  Jamie Crummie (Co-founder and Director at Too Good To Go), Ylva Haglund (Food Waste Prevention Campaigns Manager at Zero Waste Scotland), and Dr Rick Schifferstein (Assoc.
