Nicky Bown and Alan Pearman delivered a module on Executive Decision Making for the United Nations System Staff College as part of their UN Secretariat Executive Management Programme. Alan delivered a  series of webinars and Nicky delivered the face to face training as part of a week long programme of activities in Entebbe, Uganda.
