Barbara Summers participates in 44 country study on tax compliance

Barbara Summers contributed to a large scale experiment checking the effects of the "slippery slope" framework for tax compliance across samples from 44 countries. The framework suggests that trust in tax authorities and the power those authorities have are important in understanding enforced and voluntary tax complinace in a jurisdiction.
